Everything is made when you order it, so it isn't instant.
How long it takes
Roughly 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep. That's a few days of production — your design has to actually be embroidered — plus transit.
That estimate is measured from real orders, not invented. It can slip around holidays.
What it costs
Nothing extra. Shipping is in the price — the number on the product page is the number you pay, and nothing is added at checkout.
Where we ship
United States only for now. If you're elsewhere and want something, email me and I'll tell you honestly whether I can do it.
Tracking
Our production partner emails tracking when your order ships. If a week goes past the estimate with nothing, chase me — that's not normal and I'd rather know.
